You’ve read the books. You’ve set the schedule. Same bath, same story, same lights-out time, every night. And for a while, you believed consistency would eventually click.
But 7pm arrives and so does the chaos. Your child, who seemed tired an hour ago, is suddenly wired. There are tears. There are negotiations. There are trips to the kitchen for water, blankets, one more hug. By the time they finally settle, you’re depleted — and tomorrow night, it starts again.
You’re not failing at the routine. The routine is addressing the wrong problem.
Your child seems to “wake up” right when they should be winding down
They melt down at transitions — lights off, pyjamas, getting into bed
They cannot fall asleep without you present in the room
Sensory issues — textures, sounds, lights — escalate at night
They’re exhausted but their body won’t let them switch off
Weekends, holidays, any change to the environment breaks everything
If any of this feels familiar, this masterclass was built for exactly where you are right now.
Three specific things — not general tips, but the actual clinical framework Jessinta uses with families in practice.

Not just knowledge — things you can actually use.

Ready to understand what’s actually happening at bedtime?
Thursday 25 June • 7:00 pm AWST / 9:00 pm AEST • Free to attend
Is this for you?
This is for you if…
Your child has ADHD, Autism, sensory processing differences, or you suspect they might
You’ve tried consistent routines and they still don’t work at bedtime
You want to understand the why before trying more strategies
You’re exploring whether OT support might be right for your family
Your child can’t settle to sleep without you in the room
This isn’t for you if…
You’re looking for a quick fix or a single magic solution
Your child is neurotypical and bedtime is mostly manageable
You’re not open to understanding the nervous system basis of sleep
Jessinta Benton
Occupational Therapist • AHPRA Registered • Founder, Dream Sleep OT
Jessinta founded Dream Sleep OT after recognising that families were being given routine-based advice for what is, at its core, a nervous system regulation challenge.
Her work sits at the intersection of sensory integration, nervous system regulation, and family education — helping parents understand what’s happening for their child so that any support they seek is grounded in the right framework.

Is this really free?
Yes, completely. There’s no catch and no upsell pressure during the session. I do share information about how to work with Dream Sleep OT at the end, but the masterclass content stands entirely on its own.
My child hasn’t been formally diagnosed — is this still relevant?
Yes. This masterclass is designed for children who have ADHD, Autism, or sensory processing differences — whether formally diagnosed or not. If the patterns described on this page sound familiar, the content will be relevant to your family.
What if I can’t attend live?
A replay will be available for registered attendees for 7 days after the session. You’ll receive the link by email. Note that the Sensory Bedtime Toolkit bonus is available to live attendees only.
Is this suitable for children of all ages?
The masterclass is designed for parents of neurodiverse children aged 3–12. The nervous system framework and strategies discussed are adaptable across this age range.
Will this work if we’ve already tried a lot of things?
This masterclass isn’t another list of strategies to try. It’s an explanation of why the things you’ve tried haven’t worked — and what the nervous system actually needs instead. Most parents leave with a fundamentally different understanding of what’s happening at bedtime.
Stop guessing what’s happening at bedtime.
Start understanding it.
This masterclass won’t fix everything. But it will change how you see what’s happening — and that changes everything else.
