THE DREAM SLEEP METHOD™
3-Month 1:1 Intensive - Application Only
For families who are done guessing and ready for answers.
This is Jessinta's most comprehensive level of support — a three-month, clinically-led partnership for children with complex sleep and regulation challenges.
It's not for everyone. And that's by design.
IS THIS YOU?
You've been navigating this for a long time.
Your child's sleep challenges are layered — sensory sensitivities, emotional dysregulation, a diagnosis (or a strong suspicion of one), and strategies that haven't held. You've seen other practitioners. You've read the books. You've tried the approaches.
What you haven't had is someone who looks at the whole picture — your child's nervous system, their sensory profile, your home environment — and builds something specifically for them.
That's what this is.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Comprehensive Sensory Profile Assessment Formal, standardised OT assessment to understand how your child's nervous system is processing sensory information and what that means for their sleep and regulation.
Fortnightly 1:1 Sessions - Telehealth or in-person sessions across three months. Collaborative, practical, and adjusted as your child progresses.
Home Environment Video Audit - You share footage of your child's sleep space. Jessinta reviews it clinically and provides personalised recommendations because environment is often doing more than parents realise.
Priority Voxer Access - Monday to Friday Direct voice-memo access to Jessinta between sessions. For the moments when you need real-time guidance, not a waiting room.
NDIS-Ready Clinical Documentation - A formal progress report suitable for NDIS plan reviews, funding justification, and school or allied health teams.

WHO THIS IS FOR
This level of support is well-suited to families where:
A child has a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD, or a related neurodevelopmental condition — or is awaiting one. Sleep challenges have persisted despite trying other approaches. The family needs formal clinical documentation alongside the therapy support. High-touch, responsive support between sessions matters.
This is not the right fit if you're looking for a quick fix, haven't yet explored foundational strategies, or would be better served starting with the group program first. Jessinta will always be honest about which level of support is the right match.
THE PROCESS
Step 1 — Apply Complete a short application so Jessinta can understand your child's needs before you speak
Step 2 — Discovery Call If there's a likely fit, Jessinta will reach out to book a no-pressure call to talk through your situation, answer your questions, and confirm whether this is the right pathway.
Step 3 — Assessment & Plan Once onboarded, the formal assessment takes place and a personalised support plan is developed.
Step 4 — Implementation & Support Fortnightly sessions, Voxer access, and ongoing plan refinement across the three months.
FUNDING OPTIONS
NDIS — Self-managed and plan-managed participants. This intensive may be applicable under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living. Eligibility depends on your individual plan.
Medicare CDM — A Chronic Disease Management plan from your GP may provide a Medicare rebate toward sessions. Speak with your GP about whether your child is eligible.
Private Health Insurance — Depending on your level of cover, rebates may apply. Check with your provider.
Self-funded — Available to families funding privately. Pricing is provided during the discovery call.
Not sure what applies to you? Mention it in your application and Jessinta will help you work through your options.
WHY APPLICATION ONLY?
Because the families who get the most from this level of support are the ones it's genuinely built for.
The application process isn't a barrier — it's how Jessinta makes sure she can offer you the depth of support this program is designed to provide. If it's not the right fit, she'll tell you that honestly and point you toward what is.
Ready to take the next step?
Applications are reviewed personally by Jessinta. There's no obligation at this stage — just a chance to share what's going on for your family and explore whether this is the right path forward.
